How to Work

  • At our centre I.V.F. & I.C.S.I is done routinely and embryo transfers are done according to the natural cycle of the patient. This gives us better results. Batch system is not recommended. (No Batch System)
  • Infertility management at our centre is a multi speciality treatment. Our panel of doctors include Gynaecologist, Andrologist, Ultrasonologist and clinical Embryologist.

Laser-assisted Hatching

Laser-assisted hatching can turn around a history of failure for embryos to implant themselves in the uterine wall. Assisted hatching is used to help the embryo hatch from its protective outer shell, the zona pellucida, and promote implantation in the uterine wall after embryo transfer.

At our centre it is practised routinely with improved results.

IVF failures - Despite failure of IVF thrice in Rajasthan Smt. Saroj r/o Abohar (Name Changed) did not loose heart and contacted National Fertility Centre, Hisar. Advanced IVF technique - Blastocyst culture technique was applied and only one embryo was transfered and she became pregnant and delivered one baby. It means IVF failure 2-3 times should not stop us from continuing our efforts.

Do not go for IVF in Batches
Ethically IVFET should not be done in camps by preponing or postponing the menses of ladies. Because rate of maturity of eggs is different in different women with the result that 4-5 days difference is in maturity of eggs is but natural. Every IVF centre should have its own team to do IVF in routine according to the menstrual cycle of the patient and not by inviting team from out side to dispose of a large number of cases in one or two days which shows irresponsibility and it jeopardizes quality of treatment which is very expensive. Government is supposed to be strict in such cases and issue guidelines for the awareness of patients.

How Is It Done

In simple terms, IVf means fertilisation outside the body. After ovarian stimulation, eggs are collected from women's ovaries and then fertilised by husband's processed sperms in a petridish or a test tube in a controlled laboratory environment. The resulting embryos are deposited in to the women's uterus by embryo transfer. If the process is successful, one or more embryos will implant in the lining of the womb and the women will become pregnet.

INSTRACYTOPLASMIC SPERM INJECTION (I.C.S.I.)

Micro-manipulation requires skilled embroyologist. In cases of obstructive azoospermia (sperms are taken from Testis), severe oligospermia, pervious failed fertilization, anti-sperm anti-bodies, one sperm is injected in one mature oocyte using micro-manipulators. The resulting embryos are transferred into the uterus.

Embryo freezing facility at our centre enables us to preserve extra embryos. So that if one IVF cycle is not successful, these preserved embryos can be used for transfer in next cycle and patient does not need to undergo repeated IVF cycled. This prevents discomfort to the patient and extra cost of fresh cycle.



Treatments

  • Embryo transfers are done routinely according to the natural cycle of the patient. Batch system is not recommended. (No Batch System)
  • ICSI in obstructive Azoospermia and oligospermia
  • Hysteroscopic tubal cannulation, resection of myomas and septum.
  • Fertility enhancing endscopic surgery, Myomectomy is done routinely.
  • Surgical treatment is done in form of Micro Surgical Vasoepididymostomy,vasovasostomy and Transurethral Resection of Ejaculatory Ducts in obstructive Azoospermia.
  • Semen Banking, Embryo Freezing
  • Egg Donation programme
  • Impotence Management - By Modern Methods
Appointments, Patients are seen on first come first serve basis. There is a waiting time after which patients can get consultation.
Our centre does not guarantee conception to any patient under any circumstance. No sex selection technique is used. It is a punishable Offence under law.
